*In-home providers help with client companionship, supervision, meal preparation, companionship, transportation, light housework, medication monitoring, transferring/ambulation, personal care and respite for family caregivers. Currently we are providing home care for clients in El Dorado, Amador, eastern Sacramento counties in California and Douglas County, Nevada.

  • Becoming a part of a Care Team led by a Professional Geriatric Care Manager (PGCM)
  • Elder Options pays all payroll taxes including Social Security as well as workers' compensation.
  • We pay time and half for all hours worked on eleven holidays.
  • We work around your schedule. You can choose your work hours and number of hours to work. There are positions for full time, part time, day shifts, night shifts, and 24-hour live in shifts.
  • We offer health insurance after 90 days to anyone who works a minimum of 20 hours/week.
  • Geographic diversity. We try to assign jobs close to home to eliminate long commutes.
  • We provide care for clients of all ages from babies to elders.
  • Starting pay for in-home provider employees is $9.75/hour with your first raise after only 300 hours (raise contingent on a positive performance evaluation). There is a five step career ladder in place.
  • Per shift rates for nights and 24 hour live-in shifts.
  • Retirement planning with company 401k plan.
  • Paid training with continuing education units available for CNA/HHA.
  • Regular Employee Performance Review
