Liz has spent more than 20 years helping individuals and their families navigate complex care systems. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in health care management with a focus in Gerontology. She also has a master’s degree in business administration.
As a nationally Certified Care Manager, Liz is deeply involved in the Aging Life Care Association, serving as President in 2026 of the Western Regional Chapter. Her dedication to the field has earned national recognition, including the BJ Curry Spitler Award in 2022 and the Rose Kleiner Award in 2024.
Liz has been a key part of Elder Options since 2003 and is known for her depth of knowledge, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to dignity and access in care. Her passion for this work started early, rooted in the belief that everyone deserves guidance, compassion, and someone in their corner—no matter their age or financial situation. Her style is personal, thoughtful, and always centered on the individual.
Liz specializes in comprehensive assessments for all ages, dementia and end-of-life care, navigation of resources, long-term care insurance, and navigating complex systems like Veterans Benefits and the Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver. Outside of her work, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling together and going camping.
