Operations Manager
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. She spent over a decade in the research industry before transitioning into care management and leadership roles, where she discovered her passion for directly supporting individuals and being a part of something greater within the community. Melinda is known for her thoughtful leadership style, her ability to connect with clients and staff alike, and her commitment to meaningful, community-centered work.
In July 2024, Melinda relocated to Texas with her family and has continued her dedication to making a positive impact in both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she is usually on the go with her 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family playing card games and Mario Kart, participating in her church life group, watching basketball, and playing with her newly adopted dog, Luna.
