Care Manager

Sheila has her Bachelors Degree in Health Information Management. Her interest in serving the community started at Mercy Hospital of Folsom emergency department, as a unit assistant for over ten years before making the decision to return to school.

Sheila joined Elder Options in 2022, enjoys the challenges and opportunities to assist clients with the best resources available in our community. As a care manager, she feels the greatest reward is bridging the gaps between the care team and families, along with the relationships she has and continues to build with her clients. Sheila is well versed in community resources, assessments, dementia and end of life care.

In her spare time, Sheila enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her children & grandchildren. She also enjoys working in her garden and hiking with her two dogs, Sherlock and Abby NoNo.
