Tracy Schenk, PRN
RN Care Manager
Tracy joins Elder Options as a PRN Registered Nurse, bringing nearly two decades of diverse nursing experience. Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 2006, she has worked in acute care with specialties in orthopedic spine and oncology, as well as mental health, telephonic nursing, and family medicine.
Tracy is committed to advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Case Management. Her goal is to continue advocating for patients and ensuring they receive high-quality, coordinated care and support across a variety of healthcare settings.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling to support her children’s sporting events, boating with her family on the Sacramento River, and paddleboarding in the American River with her friends.
