Adrienne Nickola, RN, BSN, is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with over 11 years of nursing experience and a deep-rooted commitment to patient-centered care. Her journey into healthcare began long before she became an RN—she worked as a medical assistant for 12 years, during which she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for the everyday impact of quality care.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Coast University. Her combined background in both nursing and psychology allows her to approach patient care with empathy, clear communication, and a holistic perspective.
Known for her warm demeanor and collaborative spirit, Adrienne is passionate about empowering patients and supporting her colleagues. She continues to grow in her profession, driven by a lifelong desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Outside of work, Adrienne finds balance and inspiration through reading, traveling, glamping, and spending quality time with her family. These experiences not only recharge her but they also deepen her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and personal growth.
