RN Care Manager

Kathryn joins our team with ten years of hospital experience. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing as well as a Public Health nursing certification. Her focus in the hospital was primarily in cardiology, transplants, and post-operative surgical care. She is passionate about working with the elderly population in the community setting. Kathryn began working for Elder Options in February 2023 and is excited to be focusing on this field of nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, and traveling.
