Lindsey Passmore, MSG

Care Manager

Lindsey joined Elder Options as a Care Manager in December of 2023. Lindsey has her BS in Public Health from San Francisco State University and her MS in Applied Gerontology from Brenau University.

She began working with older adults as an undergrad, volunteering at her local community center and after graduation, began her career as an Activities Director at an assisted living for a few years. Lindsey then had the opportunity to work for a nonprofit that serviced all of Alameda County where she managed a holistic risk prevention program for over 5 years, educating thousands of older adults. During that time, Lindsey became certified in Yoga (200 hour RYT), Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Senior Fitness, and Barre. She is passionate about incorporating fall prevention techniques and functional movement to her students, and currently teaches a wide variety of classes at a local studio in Placerville.

When she’s not at Elder Options or teaching, Lindsey has a pet sitting business and enjoys time reading and traveling.
